Netafim Drip Irrigation
Every drop where the root is.
Irrigation has been part of HiTech since we started in 2003 — the same farmers who wanted their crop protected wanted it watered properly too. As an authorised Netafim dealer we supply the range that invented drip irrigation, and we do far more than hand you the box: we survey the land, design the hydraulics block by block, dig and lay the mains, commission the system and service it for years afterwards.

A dealer that designs, installs and services
Water where the crop needs it
Drip puts water at the root zone instead of the soil surface — typically 30–50% less water for the same or better yield.
Fertigation through the line
Feed the crop through the same pipe. Even distribution, less fertiliser, and no broadcasting by hand.
Designed, not just supplied
We work out the hydraulics — flow, pressure, block sizing — so every emitter on the last lateral still delivers.
Service and AMC
Filters clogged, emitters blocked, a lateral cut by a plough — we come out and fix it. That is the part dealers usually skip.
The full Netafim range
Genuine Netafim material throughout — every component listed by name on your quotation, so you know exactly what is going into your field.
Drip lines & emitters
Inline dripline and online drippers with pressure-compensating options, so the last plant on a long run gets the same water as the first.
- Inline dripline
- Online drippers
- Pressure-compensating emitters
- PE laterals & sub-mains
Sprinklers & micro-sprinklers
Overhead and under-canopy watering for crops and terrain that drip alone does not suit — plantations, nurseries and open field.
- Micro-sprinklers & foggers
- Impact sprinklers
- Rain guns
- Nursery misting
Filtration & valves
The part that decides whether the system still works in year three. Bore water carries silt and organics that will block emitters without proper filtration.
- Screen & disc filters
- Sand / media filters
- Air release valves
- Control & flush valves
Fertigation
Dose fertiliser straight into the irrigation water at the right concentration, so the crop is fed evenly every time it is watered.
- Venturi injectors
- Fertiliser tanks
- Dosing equipment
- Injection accessories
Systems we have designed and laid
Control heads, filtration, manifolds and mains — the parts of a drip system that decide whether it still performs in year five.

Crops we design systems for
Emitter spacing, discharge rate and block layout change with the crop. These are the ones we design for most often in this region.

Drip irrigation — FAQs
Are you an authorised Netafim dealer?
Yes — HiTech is an authorised Netafim dealer, and we supply genuine Netafim material, not lookalike emitters and dripline. Every system we install is quoted with the actual Netafim components listed, so you know exactly what is going into your field.
How much water does drip actually save?
Compared with flood irrigation, drip typically cuts water use by 30–50% because the water goes to the root zone instead of evaporating off the soil surface or running off. On most farms the pump also runs fewer hours, which saves power as well.
Is there a government subsidy for drip irrigation?
Karnataka farmers can usually claim a subsidy on micro-irrigation through the state horticulture or agriculture department, and the rate depends on your category and landholding. We will tell you what applies to your case and give you the documentation the department asks for — but the application is made by you.
Will the emitters clog on bore water?
Not if the system is filtered properly, which is why we never quote a drip system without filtration sized to your water. Bore water carrying silt or iron needs the right filter and a flushing routine — get that right and the emitters keep running for years.
Do you design the system or just supply the material?
We design it. A drip system that has not been hydraulically designed waters the first block well and starves the last one. We survey the field, check your flow and pressure, and size the blocks and laterals so distribution is even across the whole area.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. If you have an existing drip system that has stopped performing, we will inspect it, tell you honestly what is wrong, and quote for the repair or upgrade.
Can I run fertigation on an existing drip system?
Usually yes — a venturi injector or fertiliser tank can be added at the control head of most existing systems. We check that your filtration and hydraulics can take it before recommending anything.
